50u Clear BOPP/Solvent base-Standard/30U Clear PET
This 50u clear BOPP film is made from a 46g/m² biaxially oriented transparent polypropylene (BOPP) with a special coating for enhanced durability and visual clarity. It is paired with a 42g/m² silicone-coated release liner, allowing for easy handling during application. The peel adhesion of this material is strong, with 7N/25mm initial adhesion and 7.5N/25mm peel adhesion at 180° after 20 minutes on steel, ensuring consistent and reliable bonding to various surfaces.

Product Description
The 50u clear BOPP film is a versatile packaging solution combining durable clear biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film with a solvent-based adhesive. The material can be applied at a minimum temperature of 10°C, with a service temperature range of -35°C to 90°C after 24 hours of application, making it suitable for use in diverse environments. The material is supported by a 30u clear PET liner, ensuring smooth handling and efficient processing.

Product Application
The material has a certain degree of tear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, and is widely used in labels in industries such as washing, cosmetics, daily chemicals, food and electronic labels. Has good transparency and a certain degree of fragility.
Converting
● Its surface has a layer of special coating that is transparent.
● Avoiding material deformation caused by overheating processing can be applied to various printing methods.
● During processing, care should be taken to avoid material deformation caused by overheating. When die-cutting, standard glue overflow due to excessive tension should be avoided.
● It is suitable for various printing methods such as flexographic printing, letterpress printing and screen printing, and has good expressive power for ink.
